Management of our homeowner association?We purchased our home in 1997. Since then we attended HOA meetings where attendance was such, no standard or legal quorum was present. We’ve also noted so-called “elections” and “proxy-votes” delivered a Board of Directors and “By-Laws” neither we or any neighbor we’ve spoken with endorsed or voted for.
It is therefore our view the Villages of Arrowhead HOA claims dubious authority, and has no legitimate posture to impose any requirement for homeowners; let alone engage in contracts or other actions VOA homeowners are being held accountable (billed) for.
